Rewanda want to shook africa to produce a spaace for school
Rwanda's First young Female Minister of ICT has announced that the
government will launch its own satellites into space to provide internet
coverage to schools in remote areas. Rwanda is taking a lead in science
and technology as it will be the first African country to have smart
phones locally manufactured.
