I believe Nigeria’s
democracy as the government of the people, by the people, for the people, where
power is derived from the consent of the governed.
A democracy in a republic, a sovereign nation of many sovereign states-(36) thirty six states in one perfect union, one and indivisible, a nation flowing with oil, established upon those principle of freedom, equality, justice and humanity, for which Nigerian patriots scarified their lives and fortunes.
I therefore believe
it is my duty to love my country, support it’s constitution, to obey it’s law.
To respect it’s flag, and to defend it against her enemies. Amen.
